Kakatiyanagar located near Nanal nagar (Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, AP, India) is the fifth venture of the Accountant General's office cooperative housing society. The welfare association was established in 1976 by a group of local residents with late Sri. P.V. Janakiraman as President, Sri. C. SesiSekhar as Vice-President, Sri.P. Nagabhushanam as Secretary, Sri. K. Raghunadha Rao as Treasurer, Sri. R. Swaminathan as Internal Auditor, Sri. (late) P.Sambasiva Rao, Sri. L. Purnachandar Rao and Sri. V. Bapireddy as EC members.
